Grandma’s Flavors

When you think about the best cooks in your life, one of the first people who might pop into your mind is your grandma. You spent days watching her in the kitchen and you just can’t seem to replicate your grandma’s successes in the kitchen.

Don’t feel bad about not being able to replicate grandma’s cooking. Now if you want to learn how to cook delicious, you have to figure it out yourself, which is just one way grandma’s flavors.

Here is one of the favorite recipe you can enjoy with your lovers and called persian muffins.

  1. Eggs: 3
  2. Sugar: one cup
  3. Flour: one and half cup
  4. Baking powder: 1 tsp
  5. Baking soda: half tsp
  6. Cardamon powder: one big tbsp
  7. Vanilla extract: one tbsp
  8. Rose water: 4 tbs
  9. Oil: half cup
  10. Plain yogurt: half cup
  11. Sesame seeds to garnish
  12. In a bowl add all dry ingredients. Flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cardamom powder. Mix well and set aside. ( use strainer for cardamom powder to get fine mixer of cardamom powder ).
  13. Beat eggs with sugar in cake mixer stand or with an egg beater until you get a creamy texture.
  14. Add oil in the mixture and then slowly add rose water and vanilla extract and mix.
  15. Now add dry ingredients flour mixture and mix well at the end add yogurt and mix well.
  16. Add mixer in cupcake baking paper.
  17. On top garnish with sesame seeds.
  18. Bake cupcakes for 30 minutes or until you see they turn in to golden brown color on 350 Fahrenheit.
